Unlimited Acceleration (proxy: Speed Spell - Count Up)
Normal Spell
Send one Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck to the Graveyard: Special Summon one "/BUSTER" effect monster with the same name from your deck or hand, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.


Rules:
  1. Card can be used by anyone.
  2. Semi Limited
